Booking Policy
When making a reservation at Hepburn Springs Motor Inn, please ensure you provide a valid government-issued ID. This policy helps us verify your booking and ensures a smooth check-in process upon arrival.
Your reservation is guaranteed until your arrival date. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed, and the room may be reassigned. We will charge your credit card within 5 days after we have confirmed your reservation. The hotel has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the pre-payment deposit. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after cancelling your booking.

When you make a reservation, you are booking a room type (not a specific room number). Each room type includes similar apartments of similar size and equipment; however, interior design can differ. We will process your booking within 24 hours of receiving your request. Please note, your booking has not been made or verified until you receive a confirmation email from reservations@hepburnspringsmotorinn.com
Deposit Policy
To secure your booking, a prepayment of the total price may be charged at any time. This prepayment guarantees your reservation and confirms your commitment to stay with us.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy allows for free cancellation up to 2 days before your scheduled arrival. If you need to cancel within 2 days of your arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged to cover the cost of the booking. This policy helps us manage our availability and ensure other guests have the opportunity to book.
No Show Policy
In the unfortunate event of a no-show, where you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the total price of the reservation will be charged. This policy ensures that we can manage our resources effectively and accommodate other guests.
Child Policy
We welcome guests of all ages at Hepburn Springs Motor Inn. Children aged 3 years and above are considered adults for booking purposes. Our cot and extra bed policies are as follows:
Please note that supplements are not calculated automatically and will be paid separately during your stay. One cot or extra bed is available upon request, subject to availability.
Check-in at 2:00PM
Check-in at Hepburn Springs Motor Inn begins after 2 PM. We strive to have your room ready and waiting for you upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start to your stay. You can check-in any time from 2 PM by local time. Room keys will be available at the reception. Arrangements for checking-out will be made at the same time. The balance of the full rental amount is payable on arrival at check-in time. Check-in cannot be completed until full payment and security deposit pre-authorization for the room has been received and approved.
Check-out at 11:30 AM
You can check-out any time up until 11:30 AM local time. Later check-out times may be requested, although we may not always be able to accommodate late changes, depending on availability. At check-out time, please drop keys into the designated drop box located at the reception.
Damage Policy
During your stay, the room and all equipment and furniture should be treated with care and kept in order. Immediate notification to our staff will be expected for any damages or breakages in the room. You (the tenant) are financially responsible for any damage to the room. This includes losses caused by you or a third party’s negligent actions and behavior (including pets). A detailed review of the condition of the room and all equipment and facilities will be made soon after check-out. You will be responsible for any damages or breakages found that are over and above normal wear and tear and usage.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises. There will be a fine if any evidence of pets is found in the room or building areas.
Extension of Stay
After you have booked your stay with us, you can extend your stay (depending on availability) by simply letting us know before you arrive. If you are already staying with us and would like to stay longer, please let us know at least 24 hours before your check-out date. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans, and this may include relocating you to a similar room should this be necessary.
NON-SMOKING Policy
Smoking is not allowed in any of our rooms or public areas. You will be asked to sign a document agreeing to a fine if any evidence of smoking is found in the room or building areas.
